These terms and conditions apply to the BP Buddy app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by DVF MEDIA (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”).

Upon downloading or using the Application, you agree to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you read and understand these terms before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider strives to ensure that the Application is useful and reliable. They reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Application at any time, for any reason. If the Application includes paid features, any charges will be clearly communicated through the App Store prior to purchase.

Data & Privacy

The Application does not collect, store, process, or transmit any personal data.

All data created within the Application (if applicable) is stored locally on your device only and is never accessed by the Service Provider.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security and cause the Application to function incorrectly or not at all.

Connectivity

Some features of the Application may require an internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible for the Application not functioning fully due to lack of connectivity or exhausted data allowances.

If you use the Application over a mobile network, standard data charges from your provider may apply. You are responsible for any such charges, including roaming charges, if applicable.

Device Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged and operational. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application cannot be accessed due to device-related issues such as battery depletion.

Accuracy & Liability

While the Service Provider aims to keep the Application accurate and up to date, it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from reliance on the Application.

Updates & Termination

The Application may be updated from time to time. Continued use may require installing updates. The Service Provider does not guarantee ongoing compatibility with all operating system versions.

The Service Provider may discontinue the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must stop using and, if necessary, delete the Application from your device.
